Edwin T. Mulock, Attorney at Law
Edwin Mulock graduated from Stetson University with a B.S. in
Business Administration in 1965, and a J.D. in 1968. He was admitted
to The Florida Bar in 1968, and served as Assistant State Attorney,
12th Judicial Circuit and Assistant Public Defender, 12th Judicial
Circuit.
Ed Mulock is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and works in the
areas of Criminal, General Civil Litigation, Personal Injury,
Wrongful Death and Medical Malpractice. He is a member of the
American Bar Association and Manatee County Bar Association. Mr.
Mulock has served The Florida Bar in several capacities, including
membership on its Board of Governors. He is also active in numerous
professional, civic and non-profit organizations and has received
numerous citations for his contributions to the community. He is a
member of the First Presbyterian Church of Bradenton.
The August 23-29, 2002 edition of Gulf Coast Business Review, named Edwin T Mulock as one of Manatee County's Top Ten most influential lawyers. The Business Review asked a group of area lawyers to create a list of attorneys they would call on for particular expertise in a given field. This blind poll was conducted in a way that ensured honest answers, not merely a popularity contest .The Gulf Coast Business Review states that the common traits that emerged in the top ten (beyond their expertise) was their dedication to the community, and promotion of honor and integrity in the legal profession.
For his tireless service to the community, Ed Mulock has been
honored with the Brotherhood Award from The National Conference of
Christians and Jews, and the Children's Advocate Award of Manatee
County. He has been recognized by the Manatee County School Board
for his contribution to the school children of Manatee County, and
is also recognized by many as one of the voices of the Manatee
Hurricane football team on WBRD radio.
